Terms of Service

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This page is available in English and Spanish. If the two versions ever differ, the English version governs.

These terms cover work by Josiah Dominski, doing business as Demo Sprint, 1115 E Twiggs St, Tampa, FL 33602 ("Demo Sprint," "we" or "us"). Paying a deposit means you agree to them. When Demo Sprint LLC is formed, these terms and any active projects transfer to it.

1. What we do. Demo Sprint is a done-for-you service, not a DIY tool or template. We write, design and build your offer page and connect a working payment link. You don’t need any technical skills.

2. Demo Sprint ($2,500: $1,250 deposit + $1,250 on delivery). One offer page, built in 7 active build days that start once your refund window has closed (see section 6). Includes the copy, a premium design matched to your brand, a mobile-ready layout, a working payment link and a 30-minute completion call and page handoff. No monthly fees. You own it.

3. Add-ons. Every add-on is optional and priced separately from the $2,500 build. Add-ons are agreed on your strategy call, before the build starts, or offered during the build and agreed in writing before delivery. The Foundation (+$1,000): 3 months of fully handled care after launch: check-ins, updates, tune-ups to your offer and payment link, and fixes when something breaks. No monthly fees. It is added before the build and billed with your final payment at delivery. After the 3 months, care ends unless we agree in writing to continue. Brand Launch Kit (+$1,800): a logo system, colour palette and brand board, a business model and a 90-day growth plan, a ready-to-post social kit, and one private page with everything to view and download. It is delivered with your page on build day 7, as long as your logo files, product list and photos reach us by build day 2, and billed with your final payment at delivery. It includes one round of revisions on the brand and one on the documents. Media Kit (+$400): your handoff already includes every file used on your page (logo, favicon and images we made), and they are yours (section 8). The Media Kit adds the packaging, and includes exactly: your logo, favicon and palette exported as SVG, PNG and JPG in 6 standard sizes; up to 2 alternate logo colourways; 10 ready-to-post social templates (feed, story and cover) with captions; and one private page to download it all. One round of revisions; delivered within 3 business days of your written acceptance. It can be added during the build and is billed with your final payment, or invoiced separately if added after launch. Small add-ons: Launch Clip (+$250), Launch Announcement Pack (+$150), QR Kit (+$150), Pro Email (+$100), Profile Kit (+$150), Google Business Profile setup (+$150), Review Kit (+$100) and 30-Day Check-up (+$200, one review of your page stats 30 days after launch with three recommended changes). Each is delivered as described when it is offered, can be added during the build or after launch, and is billed with your final payment or invoiced separately if added after launch. Messages we write for you (emails, broadcasts, captions) are sent by you. Bilingual EN + ES and Pitch Video: billed at delivery as quoted.

4. Payment. Demo Sprint starts with a $1,250 deposit, which is credited toward your total. Your total is $2,500 plus every separately priced add-on you accept in writing before delivery: those chosen on your strategy call and itemized in the written plan we send after it, and any accepted during the build, each dated when you accept it (prices as described in section 3; bilingual and video as quoted). All amounts are in USD, and every add-on appears on your final invoice. The remaining balance is invoiced with your delivery (section 6(e)) and is due before your page goes live. Your page goes live once that payment has cleared and you’ve confirmed you’re ready to launch. All payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Deposit and refunds. After your deposit, you fill in a short build intake, and we hold a 1-hour strategy call, usually within 24 hours of your intake. Your deposit is 100% refundable for 24 hours after the strategy call. The strategy call needs to be held within 7 days of your deposit. If it hasn’t been held by then for reasons on your side (for example, the intake isn’t sent or no time is booked), the refund window closes at the end of day 7. If the delay is on our side, this limit doesn’t apply, and your refund window stays open until 24 hours after the strategy call. The refund window closes exactly 24 hours after your strategy call starts; we state the exact closing time, in Medellín time (UTC−5), in writing after the call. To request a refund, email [email protected] before it closes. We don’t start building until the window has closed. After it closes, the deposit is non-refundable. Payments made on delivery are non-refundable. If we can’t deliver the agreed page, see section 6(f).

6. Timeline and approvals. All times are Medellín time (UTC−5).
(a) Build days. The build is 7 active build days, counted as consecutive calendar days. Build day 1 begins once your refund window has closed and we have the materials we asked for (for example your logo, photos, offer details and access to your payment account). We confirm the exact dates in writing after the strategy call, and the build starts once you reply to confirm them. Days when the build is paused (6(d)) don’t count.
(b) Decision-maker. You name one person who gives feedback and approvals for your business. We rely on their decisions.
(c) Approvals. We ask for your decision at three points: the page structure, the copy and design direction, and the full preview (where you send one combined list of changes). Each request is sent by 9 am and gives you at least 8 hours, with a deadline normally 6 pm on the day we ask.
(d) If we don’t hear back. Only a missed approval or missing material that the next step depends on (including your payment account’s verification) moves your delivery date, by one day for each day of delay; we confirm the revised date in writing. Meanwhile we may continue with our latest proposal and clearly marked placeholders. We will not decide your prices, the claims your page makes, or your launch for you. If we haven’t heard from you for 48 hours, we pause the build, tell you in writing, and agree a new start date with you.
(e) Delivery. Delivery means we send you the final preview link with every item in your written plan built and working (including the payment link tested in test mode). That link and our written checklist are the record of delivery. The balance invoice goes with it.
(f) If we can’t deliver. If Demo Sprint cannot deliver the agreed page, you don’t owe the balance and we refund your deposit in full.
(g) Launch and revisions. Your page never goes live without your explicit confirmation. The two revision rounds in section 7 are available for 14 days after launch.

7. Revisions. Two rounds of revisions are included, within 14 days of launch (section 6(g)). Additional revisions, or new work outside the agreed scope, are billed at $175/hour in 30-minute increments, and we give you an estimate first. Not included unless agreed in writing: a full multi-page marketing site, ongoing ads, and anything else outside the agreed scope.

8. Ownership. Once you’ve paid in full, you own the page’s copy, design and the files used on it (logo, favicon and images we made), and the rights to your own content stay with you. We may show the finished page in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. We also add a small “Site by Demo Sprint” credit in your page’s footer, linked to our site. It’s yours to keep or remove: ask at any time and we’ll take it off at no charge.

9. Third-party services. Your domain, payment processor (for example, Stripe) and any hosting or software fees are yours to pay unless we agree otherwise. We’re not responsible for outages or policy changes at those providers.

10. No guaranteed results. We build a professional page designed to convert, but we can’t guarantee specific sales, leads or revenue. The Demo Sprint build covers the offer page and the add-ons listed in section 3. It doesn’t include lead generation, advertising, social media management or marketing.

11. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
