What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business, email, city or market, and your message from the questionnaire or email; after a deposit, what you send in the build intake; plus the details and materials you share on your strategy call.
- Payments: Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only your name, email, amount, and the payment’s status.
- Scheduling: when you book your strategy call, the calendar tool receives your name and email.
- Site use: our host (Cloudflare) keeps basic technical logs. If we run ads, advertising tags (such as Google Ads and Meta) may set cookies to measure which ads lead to a deposit and to show our ads to people who have visited this site (remarketing). You can opt out in Google Ads Settings and in your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser. We use Mixpanel for anonymous site analytics, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. We use Sentry to catch site errors and slow pages; it records technical details (browser, device, page, error and how long the page took). On some visits it also keeps an anonymised replay of the session to help us fix problems, with all text and anything you type masked.
How we use it: to reply to you, run your strategy call, build and support your page, send receipts and project updates, and measure our ads. We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with: only the services we use to run the business (Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, Mixpanel, Sentry and our form service), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it: as long as we’re working together, and after that for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices: you can email us to see, correct or delete your information. You can also block cookies in your browser. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
