FAQ

What happens after I pay the deposit?

After your deposit, you fill in a short build intake (about 10 minutes). Usually within 24 hours of your intake, we hold your 1-hour strategy call to agree on the plan (it just needs to happen within 7 days of your deposit). Your $1,250 deposit is fully refundable until 24 hours after the strategy call. No questions. You have time to sleep on it. After that window it’s non-refundable, and we don’t start building until it has closed. Your 7 build days start once the window has closed and your materials are in, and we confirm the exact dates with you in writing.

Do you do English and Spanish?

Yes. We can run your whole build in English or in Spanish, from the strategy call to the finished page, at no extra cost. Want both? The Bilingual add-on ($2,000) gives your page an EN/ES button and translates all your copy, videos and images, checked by a native speaker. We work remotely across North & South America.

Who owns the page?

Once it’s paid in full, the page is yours forever. If you’d like, we can add three months of handled care with The Foundation.

What isn’t included?

A full marketing site, bringing you clients or leads, running ads, managing social media, building funnels, or guaranteed sales. We build the place people buy. Getting people to it is your side of the business.
