Referral terms

1. What you get. Refer a coach or creator who becomes a Demo Sprint client and we pay you 20% of the build fee. Add-ons don’t change the amount.

2. How to refer. Reply to our email with their name, introduce us by email, or forward them our email. The first person to name a client to us in writing gets the credit, as long as that coach pays the deposit within 90 days of being named. No credit for a coach who is already in our pipeline (someone we contacted, or who was in conversation with us, in the past 90 days). One payout per client.

3. When we pay. Within 14 days after the client you referred has paid their build in full. If that client is refunded (for example, their deposit within the refund window), no payout is owed. If their payment is reversed after we’ve paid you, we may ask for the payout back.

4. How we pay. By bank transfer, PayPal or another method we agree on, in USD. Before the first payout we may ask for the tax details our tax preparer needs. You’re responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

5. Telling people. Whenever someone might not know you’re paid for referrals, in public (a post, a video, a newsletter) or in a private message, tell them, for example: “I get a referral fee if you sign up.”

6. The fine print. You can’t refer yourself or your own business. You’re not our employee or agent, and you can’t make promises on our behalf. We may change or end this program at any time; referrals made in writing before a change keep the terms they were made under. The Terms of Service cover the build itself.

Questions

Who can refer? Anyone: past clients, friends, other coaches. Just not yourself or your own business.

When does someone count as a client? When they pay the $1,250 deposit and then the rest of the $2,500 build. You’re paid after that full payment.

What if two people name the same coach? The first person to name them to us in writing gets the credit.

Do I need to sign up first? No. Just reply to our email or introduce us. Before your first payout we may ask for the tax details our tax preparer needs.
